BUG-1
Small SMD FM bug, excellent stability

BUG-1 is wireless transmitter of extremely small dimensions (2,5 x 1,8 x 0,5 cm) and great characteristics. It is made entirely in SMD technology with first-class components of acknowledged Japanese manufacturers. The transmitter works flawlessly as signal coming from microphone is strengthened in two-staged NF amplifier. The signal is adequate for strong modulation and quality reception. The oscillator of the transmitter is compounded of 2 transistors and is oscillating on the frequency of 85-108 MHz (the ideal setting is approximately 105-108 MHz). Transmitting frequency is adjustable using trimmer capacitor, which should be turned using non-metal screwdriver. (The timer is visible on the picture to the right side on the "PCB"). Once the frequency is set, it is very stable in regardless of location of the transmitter, vicinity of the human body or battery voltage. Strength of the transmitter is sufficient for working range of 300 m counting one wall obstacle and using 9V battery, with length of antenna of 70cm and high-sensitive Panasonic pocket radio receiver. The length of antenna can be within 60 and 80cm. The ideal setting is adjustable using trimmer capacitor, shown on the lower-right corner of the picture. The feed-voltage is between 3 and 14V and it affects the working range. The transmitter is functional for with 9V alkaline battery.
